Custom glazes can be done on any of the mousse cakes/ cheesecakes on the menu except for the Poached Apple Cheesecake, Japanese Cheesecake and the Chocolate Honeycomb mousse cake. A custom glaze comes with an additional charge of BDT 1000.

Chocolate-Orange: a pairing we have always been partial to at the Pastryarchy kitchen. This cake celebrates that flavour with an almond sponge, house-made almond praline, spiced orange gelée covered in orange-zested dark chocolate mousse.
