    Mango & Curry Leaf Cake

    Not your average mango cake. Layers of soft vanilla sponge hold a tart mango crèmeux, fresh mango chunks, and a light mango mousse — all wrapped in a whipped curry leaf Chantilly that’ll make you pause (in a good way). Tropical, herbaceous, and just a little bit chaotic.

    • Keep the cake refrigerated, can be displayed for up to 1 hour
    • Remove from fridge just before serving
    • Best cut with a sharp non-serrated knife
