    Chocolate Jaam Torte

    A love letter to our two favourite things: drama and dessert. Layers of rich chocolate cake meet cloud-like whipped cream, a tart jaam purée, and a silky chocolate chantilly, all laced with our house-made jaam syrup. Finished with dark chocolate shards for a little crunch and a lot of flair. Think Black Forest, but it’s been to Dhaka and come back cooler.

    • Keep the cake refrigerated, can be displayed for up to 1 hour
    • Remove from fridge just before serving
    • Best cut with a sharp non-serrated knife
    • Consume within 24 hours
